  • 8 egg yolks
  • 600gr butter
  • 520 g powdered sugar
  • 700 gr blue key flour
  • 60 gr cornstarch
  • 80 gr milk powder
  • 200 gr coco cruch (fine blender)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 gr chocochips (for dough)
  • 25 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 gr chocochips for garnish

How to make

  1. Blend coco crunch until smooth
  2. Beat butter, sugar, add egg yolks 1 by 1, beat well for 1 minute, add salt, baking powder. Turn off the mixer.
  3. Add milk powder, cornstarch, coco crunch, cocoa powder and flour gradually, mix well and finally add the chocochips. Make a round shape and press it with a fork and then decorate with chocochips. Roast.
