ingredient
- 8 egg yolks
- 600gr butter
- 520 g powdered sugar
- 700 gr blue key flour
- 60 gr cornstarch
- 80 gr milk powder
- 200 gr coco cruch (fine blender)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 gr chocochips (for dough)
- 25 gr cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 gr chocochips for garnish
How to make
- Blend coco crunch until smooth
- Beat butter, sugar, add egg yolks 1 by 1, beat well for 1 minute, add salt, baking powder. Turn off the mixer.
- Add milk powder, cornstarch, coco crunch, cocoa powder and flour gradually, mix well and finally add the chocochips. Make a round shape and press it with a fork and then decorate with chocochips. Roast.
