A simple traditional snack made from tofu, tempeh, cucumber, noodles, bean sprouts, with spicy, salty, sour, sweet sauce.


  • 1 plate tempeh
  • 2 pcs tofu
  • 1 pcs cucumber
  • 200 gr noodle
  • 100 gr bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp fried peanuts
  • 1 liter water
  • 150 gr Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tsp tamarind
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 6 Cayenne pepper
  • 3 fried garlic
  • 3 pcs lime leaves
  • 1 tsp salt

Method to make TAHU ACAR SOLO

  1. fried tofu and tempeh
  2. slicing cucumber
  3. Boil bean sprouts
  4. Bring the water to a boil, add the ground spices, add brown sugar, tamarind water.
  5. Taste test, pour lime juice.


  • Put the pickled tofu ingredients, flush with the sauce, sprinkle with fried onions, sliced ​​celery.
  • Complete with boiled eggs, crackers and fried peanuts
