  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp ngohiong / five spice powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp. Raised, blended
  • 1 clove of grated garlic
  • 500 ml water

How to cook Honey Pork BBQ

  1. mix all the sauce ingredients, check the taste, marinate overnight
  2. Boil 25 minutes over medium heat, remove and then cook using an air fryer for 12 minutes at 160C, reversed for 6 minutes.
