Since a lot of people have asked the recipe for this tofu cake, I’ll just share it. Yesterday, I didn’t share it because my recipe is not common, aka just making it.
The story is that after making flour fried tempeh. Why is there still some flour dough left for the tempeh wrapper? If you want to put it in the fridge, how come it only takes about 6 tablespoons to bear wong. When I saw the tofu, it just crossed my mind, I immediately put it in and it was squished until it was crushed
smashed Tofu ngredients
- 150 grams of white tofu
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp instant seasoning flour
- 3 cloves of chopped onion
- 1 scallion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- tsp salt (to taste)
- tsp sugar (to taste)
- tsp stock powder (to taste)
- 600 ml oil for frying
How to make smashed tofu
- Mix all ingredients together except the oil.
- Stir until completely smooth and smooth.
- Heat the oil, add the tofu mixture with a spoon and flatten it. Then fry the tofu until golden brown or done according to taste.
