This afternoon, at Jiejie’s house, I took the time to cook my nephew’s favorite pork charsiu.
Ingredients Honey Pork BBQ
- 500 gram Sancam / porkbelly
- 1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp angciu / cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp salt / according to taste
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp ngohiong / five spice powder
- 3/4 Tbsp. Raised, blended
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- 500 ml water
How to cook Honey Pork BBQ
- mix all the sauce ingredients, check the taste, marinate overnight
- Boil 25 minutes over medium heat, remove and then cook using an air fryer for 12 minutes at 160C, reversed for 6 minutes.
- lift, cut according to taste
