“EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE” aka Chocolate Cake without Eggs, without Mixer and also without DCC. Can be steamed and can also use the Oven… Taste? Mmm…. So yummy and also very “moist” or not dry … Already distributed to neighbors, eh … asked to make 1 pan … Hehehe … For ladies or gentlemen who want to sell “Chocolate Cake”, maybe this can be used as an option yes because “No Egg, no Mixer and also no DCC”…

Eggless Chocolate Cake

Dry Ingredients:

  • 150 gr sugar (you can use more sugar if you like it sweet)
  • 175 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour
  • 60 gr Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 115 ml Vegetable Oil (can be replaced with Cooking Oil)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (can be replaced with 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder)
  • 240 ml Hot Water
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (can be replaced with Lemon/Lime Juice)

  1. Stir each dry and wet ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix well again using a “Whisker”
  3. Pour the dough into the pan, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes (can also be steamed for maybe 40-50 minutes and cover the steamer with a cloth to prevent water from dripping)
  4. Wait for it to be cooked and the Eggless Chocolate Cake is ready to be served

I used a Semicircle Watermelon Sponge Mold/Mold size: 24 cm x 9 cm x 6.5 cm (you can also use a 22 cm brownies pan)
~ Good luck ~
