  10. Leave it for 10-15 minutes at room temperature until the surface is skinned. Because the dough is thick and shiny, it will be easier for us to form a shiny crust.
  11. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees from top to bottom for 15 minutes.
  12. Bake the dough, a temperature of 200 degrees fire up and down for 15 minutes. The purpose of this big fire, so that a shiny crust or a shiny layer on it can be formed.
  13. After 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 160 degrees top and bottom heat, for 25-30 minutes. Or can be adjusted to each oven. Because different ovens have different temperatures.
  14. Once cooked, let it sit at room temperature until the steam is reduced.
