Simple moves for this day


  • 1 kg Tilapia, cut into 2 parts (depending on size)
  • Lime fruit
  • tbsp fine salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • sachet of sweet soy sauce

How to cook

  1. Coat the fish with lime and salt, let stand a few moments.
  2. Prepare a non-stick frying pan, pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil evenly. Turn on the stove, medium heat.
  3. After the stove is hot, arrange the fish on it and cook it while turning it over.
  4. When almost cooked, I steal the sweet soy sauce on 2 sides, cook until done.
