My nephew asked me to make chicken wings yesterday, just make something simple for his school lunch.

Here are the ingredients for chicken wings

  • 1/2kg chicken wings cut into 2 parts then wash thoroughly with lime, and wash after 5 minutes
  • 1 bottle of soft drink ( cc-cl) 250ml
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 thinly sliced ​​Bombay onion
  • 1 segment of ginger, bruised
  • 1 tbsp chili/tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt and sugar each 1/2 teaspoon.

How to make chicken wings

  1. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant, add the chicken wings, stir occasionally until they change color.
  2. Pour softdrink ( cc-cl) into it and leave it until the chicken is submerged. Cook until boiling.
  3. Enter the ginger, chili/chili sauce, ground pepper, sugar and salt, mix well, then test the taste according to taste.
  4. Cook while stirring occasionally so that it cooks evenly, and remove it after the water is reduced or runs out and thickens.

Can be stored in an airtight container and put in the freezer. Take it out if you want to cook, bake for a while until there is a slight charred effect, the chicken wings are ready to be enjoyed.
