-150 grams of margarine

-grated cheese to taste
-blueberry jam to taste

instruction to make thumbprint cookies

  1. -mix into one margarine + powdered sugar stir with a whisk until soft add egg yolks + milk paste mix well
  2. -Enter the flour + cornstarch + milk powder + baking powder mix well (if the dough still feels soft, you can add a little flour until it can be scavenged)
  3. -take a little dough, roll it into a ball with grated cheese, press it down so that it sticks evenly (you can use egg whites to glue the grated cheese but I don’t use it)
