-150 grams of margarine
-120 grams of refined sugar
-1 egg yolk
-1/2 teaspoon milk paste
-225 grams of wheat flour
-20 grams of cornstarch
-20 grams of powdered milk
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-grated cheese to taste
-blueberry jam to taste

instruction to make thumbprint cookies

  1. -mix into one margarine + powdered sugar stir with a whisk until soft add egg yolks + milk paste mix well
  2. -Enter the flour + cornstarch + milk powder + baking powder mix well (if the dough still feels soft, you can add a little flour until it can be scavenged)
  3. -take a little dough, roll it into a ball with grated cheese, press it down so that it sticks evenly (you can use egg whites to glue the grated cheese but I don’t use it)
  4. -flat the dough then make a hole in the middle with your finger (I use the tip of a brush) put blueberry jam on a baking sheet until the dough runs out
  5. -bake with a temperature of 150 ° C fire up and down or adjust each oven
  6. -after cooked, wait for it to cool completely, then put it in the jar
