Just found out about this culinary after moving to East Java… it turned out to be pretty good. Even though I don’t dare to consume it too often, once in a while it’s okay.

Cow gravel ingredients

  • 500 gr beef kikil

2 cm geprek galangal.
4 bay leaves
4 lime leaves
2 lemongrass stalks

How to make Cow gravel recipe

  1. Clean and boil the gravel with ginger and bay leaves.
  2. Then wash repeatedly and cut into pieces. Set aside.
  3. Add the spices and stir-fry until fragrant, put in the boiling water, add the bay leaf, lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal.
