ingredients
- 500 grams of young cassava leaves
- 500 grams banana heart
- 500 grams of old coconut
- 10 large green chilies
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 cloves of red onion
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 cm galangal
- 1 cm turmeric
- 2 liters of water
How to make it
- Puree all the spices
- Wash vegetables
- Mash cassava leaves, grated coconut, and sliced banana heart.
- Bring the water to a boil then add all the ingredients
- Boil until the vegetables are soft.
