Cake Ingredients
- 200 gr medium protein flour

- 100 ml cooking oil

- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pandan leaf
How to make Brown Sugar Blossom Steamed Sponge
- Boil water + brown sugar + sugar + salt = until it boils, strain and set aside, let the boiled water cool to room temperature
- mix flour + baking powder + baking soda = mix well and sift, then set aside
- Beat the eggs with a whisk, then pour the brown sugar boiled water, stir, add the flour mixture, baking powder, baking soda and stir until smooth
- alternating between pouring brown sugar boiled water and adding wheat flour, do it until the ingredients run out
- lastly add cooking oil and stir again, make sure there are no oil deposits at the bottom of the basin
- The dough you get will be thick, smooth and heavy chocolate
