Nastar cookies recipe
- Margarine 100gr
- Butter 25gr
- Powdered sugar 60gr
- 1 pcs egg yolk
- Milk powder 30gr
- Vanilla powder 2gr
- Medium pro flour 185gr
- 1 tbsp green coloring
How to make nastar
- Mixer margarine + powdered sugar + egg yolk (not too long, just about ± 5 minutes)
- Add milk powder, vanilla powder (mix well using a spatula)
- Add the flour and stir until the dough is lumpy,
- After you finish kneading, take 100gr of the dough and give it green coloring
- Weigh the white dough 13gr
Green dough 3gr
Pineapple Jam 4gr - Flatten the white dough then give pineapple jam then round it up
- Take a pineapple-shaped mold, put in the green dough, then the white dough which has been filled with pineapple jam while pressing it
Then remove from the mold, then arrange on the baking sheet - Then put it in the oven with a temperature between 160-165 for about 15 minutes (depending on the condition of each oven)
- After baking, let it cool
Then polish
Bake again ± 5 minutes with a temperature of 120
