Pie crust ingredients:
300 gr wheat flour
25 gr granulated sugar (I used a blender)
180 gr margarine
Brownie Ingredients
- 150 gr DCC / chocolate bar
- 40 ml of oil
- 50 gr margarine
- 2 eggs
- 150 gr granulated sugar (I used a blender)
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 35 gr cocoa powder
- This 1 recipe makes 35 pc pie brownies
How to make brownie pie
- mix the pie crust ingredients together, knead until combined
- divide the skin dough into 35 parts, each weighing 14 gr
- print on pie mold (I used 5 cm size)
- prick with a fork in the middle of the dough so that the dough doesn’t bubble when baked
- Bake for 15 minutes over medium heat that tends to be low or half cooked at 175°c
- for the brownies, melt the DCC oil and margarine in another bowl add eggs and powdered sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved
- enter the DCC that has been melted earlier (still hot) stir until mixed
- add the flour and cocoa powder, stir again until combined, don’t stir it for too long, the brownies will become hard put it in a plastic triangle
- put the brownies into the pie shell and give the topping
- Bake for 25-30 minutes over medium low heat or 200 for 10 minutes, and 20-25 minutes at 160
- take the pie out of the mold while it’s hot so the shiny won’t peel off easily
