Beef rendang seasoning for 1 kg
For thick coconut milk I use 4 coconuts
The coconut milk is squeezed into 1.5 L
Ground spices
- 18 red onions
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 100 gr curly red chili
- 1 thumb of young galangal
- 1 thumb ginger
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 lemongrass stalks take part in it
- 5 cm cinnamon
- 2 tsp salt
Complementary seasonings
- 3 lemongrass stalks bruised
- 5 cm cinnamon
- 1/2 nutmeg
- 2 pieces of Kandis acid
- 6 cloves
- 6 grains of cardamom
- 1 piece of Lawang flower
- 3 bay leaves
- 5 lime leaves

To get the perfect rendang aroma more delicious
For 2 complementary spices
Like cloves, cardamom and Lawang flowers
some can be ground with other fine spices
Some of it is included in its entirety when cooking the meat
