  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 3 celery leaves

how to make POTATO WEDGES

  1. Cut the potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
  2. Wash clean …. then boil.
  3. Then season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven (or fry in a little oil) and sprinkle with oregano and celery leaves… Bake until browned.
  5. Ready to serve…
