- 500 grams of potatoes

- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3 celery leaves
how to make POTATO WEDGES
- Cut the potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
- Wash clean …. then boil.
- Then season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven (or fry in a little oil) and sprinkle with oregano and celery leaves… Bake until browned.
- Ready to serve…
