5 whole eggs
110 gr sugar
1 tsp sp
150 gr flour
15 gr cornstarch
10 grams of powdered milk

Material B
125 gr melted butter/margarine.

Material C
1 tbsp mocha pasta

How to make mocca cake

• Mix ingredients A into one high speed mixer until thick white. Add mocca pasta, stir gently.
• Enter the ingredients B stir back using a spatula
• Pour in the dough pan, beat.
• Bake in the oven until cooked (adjust to each oven, I 175°c for 30 minutes)
