Mini japanese roll cakes
Material A:
3 yolks
45 ml of plain liquid milk
30 ml cooking oil
1/4 tsp Liquid Vanilla
pinch of salt
50 gr of low protein flour
Material B :
3 egg whites
50 gr sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice / cream of tartar
Stuffing:
Buttercream

How to make japanese roll cake
- Mix ingredient A, stir until well blended, set aside
- Low speed mixer for egg whites, lemon juice until frothy
- After foaming, pour in the granulated sugar 3 times
- Mix on medium speed until soft peaks
- Take 1/3 of the meringue mixture, pour it into the egg yolk mixture, fold gently until well blended
- Pour the dough into a 26x26x4 cm tin lined with baking paper, gently tap the tin to remove trapped air bubbles
- Oven 20 minutes fire up and down 190c middle rack / adjust each oven
- Remove back on parchment paper to cool
- After it has cooled down for 2 cakes, take some of the Buttercream sprinkle with sprinkles then roll it compactly with a scrapper and store it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it sets
- After 30 minutes remove the pieces. Serve
