“Healthy Ice Cream”, without emulsifiers and without artificial Colors. The taste is not inferior to the ice cream that we often buy in supermarkets and the texture is very soft. The combination of Dragon Fruit and Banana makes this Ice Cream taste very “tasty” and the color “exotic” from the Dragon Fruit. The ingredients? Calm down, Mother. It’s not going to make us bankrupt. Hehehe.

Homemade Dragon Fruit & Banana Ice Cream by Anne Rose

ingredient

  • 1/2 Dragon Fruit, diced
  • 2 Bananas, cut into pieces
  • 100 gr Whipping Cream Powder
  • 200 ml cold UHT milk
  • 2 sachets of Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM)

How to make Healthy Ice Cream

  1. Peel and wash the Dragon Fruit and Banana, cut into pieces and put in the Freezer for 15 minutes
  2. After 15 minutes Blend Dragon Fruit, Banana and SKM then set aside
  3. Mixer Whipping Cream and UHT Milk cold at high speed for about 5-7 minutes until fluffy then add the Dragon Fruit and Banana that has been blended and Mixer again for a few minutes until smooth
  4. Put the Ice Cream Dough into the Freezer and chill for about 2-3 hours then Mix again for a few minutes and put it back in the Freezer
  5. After 2-3 hours in the Freezer, Mixer again for a few minutes and put the Ice Cream in the container according to taste, close and put it back in the Freezer and wait until the Ice Cream freezes perfectly and is ready to be served

Note: Fruit can be changed according to taste. Try to use brightly colored fruit such as Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Kiwi, Mango, Jackfruit, Pineapple, Passion Fruit Orange, Dutch Eggplant and so on.
