Fudgy brownies shiny crust manual oven without a mixer, it tastes good and is very chocolaty.
Fudgy brownie ingredients
Material A
225 gr DCC / chocolate bar
75 gr margarine
60 ml of oil
Material B
3 eggs
220 gr granulated sugar (I use a blender)
Material C
150 gr Medium protein flour
50 gr cocoa powder
Baking size 20 c
How to make Fudgy brownies
- Melt ingredient A using the double bowl method
- In another bowl, add the eggs and powdered sugar (Ingredient B), stir until the sugar is dissolved
- Enter ingredient A into ingredient B (egg sugar mixture) stir until evenly mixed
- then add the ingredients C gradually, stir again until mixed
- Put the dough into a size 20 pan that has been lined with baking paper and spread margarine
- top it with toppings according to taste (I use chocochips)
- previously preheated the oven for 10 minutes on high heat
- Put the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 40 minutes over medium low heat
