Just found out about this culinary after moving to East Java… it turned out to be pretty good. Even though I don’t dare to consume it too often, once in a while it’s okay.
Cow gravel ingredients
- 500 gr beef kikil
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pepper powder
Spices
3 big red chilies
2 cm roasted turmeric
4 cm ginger
1 cm kencur
2 cm lock meeting
3 pcs roasted hazelnut
10 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
Spices
2 cm geprek galangal.
4 bay leaves
4 lime leaves
2 lemongrass stalks

Rice cake

How to make Cow gravel recipe
- Clean and boil the gravel with ginger and bay leaves.
- Then wash repeatedly and cut into pieces. Set aside.
- Add the spices and stir-fry until fragrant, put in the boiling water, add the bay leaf, lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal.
- Also enter the gravel that has been cut.
- Add sugar, seasoning.
- Taste test yes.
- When serving, sprinkle with spring onions, fried onions.
- Ready to be served with rice cake, and prepare lime to make it more fresh.
