Eggless Chocolate Cake
Dry Ingredients:
- 150 gr sugar (you can use more sugar if you like it sweet)
- 175 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour
- 60 gr Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 115 ml Vegetable Oil (can be replaced with Cooking Oil)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (can be replaced with 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder)
- 240 ml Hot Water
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (can be replaced with Lemon/Lime Juice)
How to make EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
- Stir each dry and wet ingredients until smooth
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix well again using a “Whisker”
- Pour the dough into the pan, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes (can also be steamed for maybe 40-50 minutes and cover the steamer with a cloth to prevent water from dripping)
- Wait for it to be cooked and the Eggless Chocolate Cake is ready to be served
Notes:
I used a Semicircle Watermelon Sponge Mold/Mold size: 24 cm x 9 cm x 6.5 cm (you can also use a 22 cm brownies pan)
