COCHO BANANA BREAD BREAD TALK recipe

0

This banana bread smells so good, what’s the difference with banana sponge cake? I don’t understand either.
But making it SUPER EASY. I was inspired by the place where I was hitting the super fragrant banana bread.
Yesterday, I made the original banana bread. This time, make chocolate banana bread. This time the texture is softer. Eat it hot or cold, it’s equally delicious
And Prime uses Berlin bananas, which are many at home. legit

Ingredients COCHO BANANA BREAD ALA BREAD TALK

  • -200 gr wheat flour
  • -1 tsp baking powder
  • -1 tsp baking soda
  • -1 tbsp milo (optional)
  • -1 tsp cinnamon powder (optional, fragrant)
  • -2 eggs ( 1 large also works)
  • -110gr granulated sugar
  • -30 gr palm sugar (you can skip it)
  • -120 butter / margarine, melted
  • -200 gr banana without skin
  • -50 gr walnuts / almonds / banana slices, if using
  • -50 gr cochochips or pieces of chocolate bar (dcc)

Topping ingredients (no measure required)
banana slices
chocochips, almonds, walnuts, cheddar cheese or dcc pieces according to your taste

HOW TO MAKE COCHO BANANA BREAD ALA BREAD TALK

Mash the bananas, add in a bowl of sugar, eggs, milo, cinnamon powder, melted butter. Flour, baking soda, baking powder. Stir well or mix for a while, no need like making sponge
Enter small pieces of banana and pieces of dcc depending on the taste used. Mix evenly and stir with a spatula
Pour into a baking sheet that has been greased with butter then sprinkle the toppings that will be used
Heat for 25 minutes under low heat, then fire up and down for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180° or adjust your respective oven

note

-This time I didn’t use cocco chips and almonds or walnuts. I replaced the banana slices and dcc in the dough mix
-Toppings to mix the dough according to taste
-This result is soft if you want it to be solid like the original bread talk. Just 1 egg reduces bananas to 175 gr
-Toppings for sprinkling are also according to taste
