KIKIL GOUL
You can enjoy processed gravel once in a while, so you don’t drool
Ingredients
500 gr beef kikil
3 greetings
2 cm galangal
1 stalk lemongrass
5 lime leaves
800 ml thin coconut milk
100 ml thick coconut milk
Spices
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
6 red chilies
6 onions
2 garlics
5 cayenne pepper
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
5 candlenuts
2 tsp salt
How to make curry kikil
- Clean the gravel with the addition of ginger and salt, wash again, boil .. throw away the water..
- Saute the ground spices, add the bay leaves and others.
- Enter the gravel, pour the thin coconut milk.
- Lastly, add the thick coconut milk.
- Taste test…
