Choco Cup Cake Ingredients

  • 100 gr Margarine
  • 150 gr chocolate block
  • 75 gr Flour
  • 25 gr cocoa powder
  • 25 gr milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 150 gr egg white

How to make Choco Cup Cake

  1. Melt the margarine, turn off the heat, enter the chocolate blocks that have been cut into small pieces
  2. Pour over the mixture of flour, milk, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well, set aside
  3. Beat egg whites and salt until half fluffy, add sugar little by little until fluffy
  4. Pour the egg whites into the margarine and flour mixture, stir gently
  5. Pour into muffin tins on a paper cup line
  6. bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
