ingredient BALAPIS manado (COCONUT LAPIS)
Dough A:
120 gr white sugar
250 gr flour
1 tbsp tapioca
1 tbsp rice flour
450 ml thick coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dough B:
120 gr white sugar
230 gr flour
1 tbsp tapioca
1 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
450 ml thick coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
How to make BALAPIS manado (chocolate layer)
- Mix the dough ingredients A, then strain.
- Also dough ingredients B.
- Prepare the steamer, pour the mixture into the pan (plate) alternately until it runs out.
- Usually it takes 3 minutes each layer. Last steamed 20 minutes.
- Wait until it is completely cold before you can cut it.
