Milk donut ingredients
- 200 gr high protein flour
- 50 gr medium protein flour
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp Bread improved
- 90 ml -100 ml of water (can be added if not enough)
- 25 gr margarine
- tsp salt
Toppings:
30 g of powdered sugar
30 g milk powder

How to make milk donuts
- mix all ingredients except margarine and salt, knead until mixed
- add margarine and salt, knead until elastic
- divide the dough into 10 parts with a weight of 47 gr each
- rounding or round, rest for 20 minutes
