*Ingredient :
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 lime
- 6 curly red chilies
- 5 pieces of red chili
- 5 pieces of green chili
- 3 limes
- 200 gr peanuts (which have been fried)
- 16 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp seasoning (or mushroom stock)
- 300 ml of water
- tsp margarine
- Tablespoon using a measuring spoon 15 ml
- Teaspoon using a measuring spoon 5 ml
How to make Peanut Seasoned Grilled Chicken
- Blender peanuts, curly red chilies, red chilies, green chilies a bit rough
- Put it in the container then add the lime juice, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, seasoning, water, stir until smooth and set aside
- coat the chicken with lime juice
- Grill the chicken on a pan, flip it over until it’s half cooked, then turn off the heat
- put the peanut sauce into the pan
- coat the chicken with peanut sauce
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, while turning the chicken over until it is cooked and the spices are evenly distributed
- remove the chicken, then prepare a grill pan (to burn)
- heat the grill pan and grease with margarine
- after it’s hot, grill the chicken while brushing it with the remaining spices from the previous ungkepan
- Turn the chicken over until it is browned and cooked
