- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 5 lbs of lime leaves
- 1 lb turmeric leaves
- 8 sprigs of basil
How to make spicy SHRIMP RICA RICA
Clean the prawns, split and remove the dirt, leaving the heads and tails. Sprinkle with salt and lime juice.
Sauté (a little oil) the ground spices, add the other leaf spices, add the shrimp, add 3 tablespoons of water..then cook until dry and a little oily.
