Shredded Sponge Roll bread ingredient
- 5 medium size chicken eggs
- 60 gr medium protein flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 10 grams of powdered milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 100 gr melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
Supplementary ingredient
- 50 gr sesame for sprinkling
- 50 gr shredded chicken/beef
- 1 leek take the green part
- 1 large red chili, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise for greasing
How to make Shredded Sponge Roll bread
- mix eggs, sugar and cake emulsifier until thick and white fluffy and traces
- Enter the mixture of flour + cornstarch + milk powder = gradually, and mix on low speed
- Finally, pour the melted margarine and stir again until the dough is homogeneous
- Pour the batter into a roll cake tin that has been lined with baking paper
- Tap the pan, before putting it in the oven
- add sliced red chilies and spring onions and sprinkle with white sesame
- Bake on medium heat for about 20 minutes or according to your respective oven
- Remove the sponge from the tin, and place it on the cooling tray until the temperature is warm
- spread the sponge with mayonnaise until smooth
- then give a sprinkling of shredded chicken / beef
- roll the sponge and squeeze it
- keep the sponge for a while until the roll is firm or solid
- open the baking paper
- Cut the rolls and arrange them on a serving plate
- Sponge roll is ready to be enjoyed
