Choco Cup Cake Ingredients
- 100 gr Margarine
- 150 gr chocolate block
- 75 gr Flour
- 25 gr cocoa powder
- 25 gr milk powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100 gr sugar
- 150 gr egg white
How to make Choco Cup Cake
- Melt the margarine, turn off the heat, enter the chocolate blocks that have been cut into small pieces
- Pour over the mixture of flour, milk, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well, set aside
- Beat egg whites and salt until half fluffy, add sugar little by little until fluffy
- Pour the egg whites into the margarine and flour mixture, stir gently
- Pour into muffin tins on a paper cup line
- bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
